– Memorandum of understanding between ASSOFIN and Consumer Associations taking part in “Consumer Associations-ASSOFIN” talks on salary- and pension-backed loans (CQSP) and salary deductions, designed to promote best practices in the CQSP sector, preventing cases of over-indebtedness and ensuring the utmost transparency and operational efficiency on the part of all players involved in the supply chain;
– Memorandum of understanding between ASSOFIN and Consumer Associations on joint settlements, a valid instrument for out-of-court settlements of disputes, an alternative to court cases or to banking and financial arbitration, making it possible to settle, simply and quickly, disputes between banking and financial intermediaries and consumers in the consumer credit sector.
